2	Quote within 24hours	include payment and mould material, products material,mould configuration,warranty, delivery time,shipment,etc

3	Send customers schedule	Get customer order,make the plan and arrange to do,then send the schedule to clients

4	Confirm profile drawing	clients confirm the mould profile drawing,once get ready will doing soon

5	Prepare material	according to mould profile drawing to prepare mould dies head,heating plates,calibrators and water tanks

6	Making	wire cutting,surface polish,universal radial milling,depth drill,CNC/EDM machine tool and other treatment,finaly assamble

7	First sample and dimension	make samples and measure all dimension according to profile drawing,make the dimension correct,if all the dimension within tolerance,will send dimension report to customer with samples
